The purpose of this Resource Bank is to assist Minnesota State Colleges & Universities in the implementation of Policy 3.35 and Procedure 3.35.1 Credit for Prior Learning.

The policy and procedure are scheduled to be implemented on March 1, 2009.  The information and links provided on this site are intended to provide institutions with the information they need to understand the forms and sources of prior learning and to develop institutional policy.

Additionally, links are provided to the Minnesota statute pertaining to veterans and national organizations that provide standards and guidelines for designing and implementing policy and procedures for prior learning.
